Submission Options
Submissions can be made for Panel, Concurrent, e-Poster or e-Health Rant sessions, descriptions listed below. Each submission will subject to a blind review and rating by a minimum of three abstract reviewers. To this end, it is encouraged that all identifying information (e.g., project or institution name) be removed from the abstract.
All submissions will be reviewed for originality, merit, relevance, clarity, fit, and alignment with Conference objectives. In order to ensure due consideration of your submission by the Abstract Review Committee, please be sure to comply with the guidelines of the submission templates for Panel, Concurrent, e-Poster or e-Health Rant sessions.
Please note that ONLY the primary author of each submission will receive a discounted registration for the Conference. With the exception of panel sessions, additional presenters will be required to pay the full registration fee. For the panels, discounted registration will be extended to two panelists.
