COACH Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in health informatics, health information management, or related health care issues and practices. Individual member dues are $185 valid until March 2016.

**Students will be required to present a valid student ID card at the on-site registration desk and must be currently registered full time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.
Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full registration fees include the following: access to all sessions; conference materials and proceedings; all conference meals; welcome reception; exhibit reception, CHIA Gala, access to the tradeshow and all poster sessions. Registration for Sunday, May 31st sessions is available for an additional fee.
One-Day registration fees include the following: access to all sessions and tradeshow; conference materials and proceedings and conference meals for the day purchased. The welcome reception and CHIA Gala are not included in the one-day registration fee – tickets must be purchased separately. Registration for Sunday, May 31st sessions is available for an additional fee. Multiple 1-day registrations cannot be purchased.
Forum, Symposia & Exams Only registration fees depend on which sessions are selected and provide access to only those sessions on Sunday, May 31st and no other conference activities.
Trade Show Only registration fees provide access to the Tradeshow only on Monday June 1st and/or Tuesday June 2nd based on which dates have been purchased.
Media Registrations must be pre-approved by the e-Health 2015 Steering Committee. Media Registration includes access to selected sessions but does not grant access to the CHIA Gala. Please email ehealthinfo@mci-group.com for further information on Media Registrations.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the e-Health Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM PT April 24, 2015 will be eligible for a full refund less $100.00 CAD (plus taxes) of the registration fee paid and a $60 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee. Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT April 24, 2015 are fully non-refundable. An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time for a $60.00 CAD (plus taxes) processing fee.
All changes that cannot be made online are subject to a $60 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee.
Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee.
