CCHL: MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION

Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 1.5 Category II credits for CIHI symposium and 4.5 Category II credits for the Conference toward their maintenance of certification requirement.

CPHIMS-CA:

CPHIMS-CAs are eligible to earn over 20 Continuing Education (CE) hours to put towards their CPHIMS-CA renewal for attending e-Health 2014. The breakdown is as follows:

• Up to 9 CE hours for the Concurrent Sessions
• Up to 4.5 CE hours for the Keynote and Plenary Sessions
• Up 6 CE hours for the COACH Clinician Forum Symposium
• Up to 4 CE hours for the Sponsor Symposia​
