Whether you are new to e-Health or have attended many times, you’ll definitely want to check out the Showcase on the exhibit floor. There are four Showcase Theatres this year, which will offer a variety of demonstrations on Monday and Tuesday.

Mending Fragmented Care: A Continuity of Care Story
Experience Maureen’s care cycle from her initial x-ray (pre-surgery) through to her self-monitoring at home (post-surgery), when she also discovers a lump in her breast. Learn how patient care services, e-health applications and systems come together to improve Maureen’s health outcomes.

My Trail to Care: A Patient-Centred Care Story
Maureen receives surgery, and undergoes inpatient and in-home rehabilitation. She uses e-health applications and portals to help her maintain her allergies and health history, share her health information with her family and health care providers, communicate with her health care providers, and track her rehabilitation progress. Come see how Maureen is at the centre of care.

May the Data be with You: An Analytics Story
As Maureen receives care at various organizations, data are collected, aggregated, analyzed and disseminated to many stakeholders. Learn about a number of analyses that can be available to patients like Maureen as well as dashboard and summary analyses available to providers, regional and system-level planners and administrators. These analyses are crucial to improving the quality of services Maureen and other patients receive.
